The purpose of data collection is: informing users about their account status on carpatagritech.com, informing users/clients about the progress and status of orders, evaluating the products and services offered, for advertising, marketing and publicity, and for statistical purposes.

carpatagritech.com does not promote SPAM. Any user who has explicitly provided their email address on the carpatagritech.com website may choose to have it removed from our database.

Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose for which you provided it, in order to manage, support, and evaluate our services and to prevent breaches of security, law, or our contractual terms.

CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 APPLICABLE AS OF MAY 25, 2018

The legal entity / individual (the client) hereby agrees to the processing and storage of personal data provided to PARADYNAMIC SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (personal identification number, company tax code, trade registry number, address, phone number), under the following conditions:

1. The legal basis for the processing/storage of this personal data (name, address, personal ID number, phone, email, bank, bank account) is represented by signed contracts and applicable legal provisions.

Types of personal data collected and their purpose:

 

    1. Full name – collected for future contact, to facilitate the purchase of our products/services, and for drafting service agreements and issuing invoices.
      Phone number – collected for follow-up communication and discussions regarding the services you have requested.
      Email address – collected for follow-up communication and clarification of service details.
      Company name – collected for drafting service contracts and invoicing the purchased services.

Thus, in order to facilitate the execution of activities related to these contracts and to fulfill legal and/or contractual obligations, the Client agrees to the use of their personal data by PARADYNAMIC SOLUTIONS S.R.L. for specific operations such as: invoicing, approvals, delivery, notifications via email and SMS, access to the client area of the website www.hotel-atena.ro, etc., owned by PARADYNAMIC SOLUTIONS S.R.L., registered under no. J2025056582009, VAT ID 52238120, with headquarters in Johann Sebastian Bach Street, No. 13, Timișoara, Romania.

By contacting our team to contract the services we offer and by filling out the online registration forms (contact form, request for quote, etc.), you agree that your data will be entered into our database and used for the purposes mentioned above.

2. Duration of Data Usage and Storage

The duration for which this personal data is used and stored corresponds to the contractual period until all contractual obligations and/or PARADYNAMIC SOLUTIONS S.R.L.’s legal archiving terms have expired.

As a general rule, we will store your personal data for as long as you have an account on the PARADYNAMIC SOLUTIONS S.R.L. platform. You may request the deletion of certain information or account closure at any time, and we will comply with these requests, subject to retaining certain information even after account closure where required by applicable law or justified by our legitimate interests.

3. Provision of personal data is:

Voluntary: when not related to entering into a future commercial relationship.

Mandatory: for the purpose of purchasing our services or products and, implicitly, for entering into a commercial relationship and its fiscal registration, including invoicing.

Optional: for receiving marketing communications (campaigns, promotions), newsletters. Refusing to provide data for this purpose does not affect your ability to benefit from our services or products.

4. Personal data mentioned in commercial/accounting documents will be stored for the period required by applicable legislation.

5. After the expiration of these terms, you may request in writing (by email or post) the permanent deletion of your personal data from the records of ATENA TRAVEL TOUR SRL.

6. These personal data may not be disclosed by ATENA TRAVEL TOUR SRL to any third party without the written consent of the Client and/or except in cases expressly provided by applicable law. These data are listed in the company’s documents (invoices, contracts, delivery notes, AWBs, etc.) and are stored on the Provider’s servers, software, and websites. The Provider may include certain personal data in reports required by applicable legislation (e.g., VAT journals, Form D394, etc.).

Your Main Rights

Under the new GDPR Regulation, we present below the rights you have as a user/client of our website:

7. The Client has the right to be informed about the processing of personal data by the Provider.

Right to be Informed – this refers to your right to be fully informed about all the aspects described above.

8. The Client has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to have these data transmitted directly to another controller, where technically feasible.

Right of Access – you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, and, if so, to access those data along with information about how they are being processed.

9. The Client has the right to object in writing to the processing of personal data (e.g., if the purpose of the processing is direct marketing).

Right to Object – you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest. Additionally, if the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing.

10. The Client has the right to request in writing the correction of inaccurate personal data.

Right to Rectification – You may request the correction of certain personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate. Depending on the purpose of the processing, you may complete and submit the missing or incorrect personal data, and you may even be required to submit a declaration of accuracy.

11. The Client has the right to request in writing the deletion of personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed and if no other legal basis for processing exists.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”) – You may request the deletion of your data without undue delay in the following situations: the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal ground for processing; you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons; the personal data have been unlawfully processed; the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation; the personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services.

12. The Client may request restriction of processing in cases where the accuracy of the data is contested, for a period enabling the Provider to verify the accuracy of the data.

Right to Restriction of Processing – You have the right to request restriction of data processing for a certain period of time. For example, if you have requested deletion of your data but you consider them necessary for legal claims, or if you contest the accuracy of the data or if the processing is unlawful, you can request that we restrict processing. Upon receiving and validating your request, we will temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data.

13. This agreement applies to any personal data communicated by the Client during the period of validity of contracts signed with ATENA TRAVEL TOUR SRL, both before and after the signing of this agreement, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applicable as of May 25, 2018.

14. The Client has the right (Right to Data Portability) to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have these data transmitted directly to another controller where technically feasible.

15. The Client has the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing if a breach of their rights regarding the processing of personal data has been identified.

16. Transfer of Personal Data Outside the EU – Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.

17. Data Security

The data we receive from you is stored on servers with implemented safety measures, such as: detection of security breaches and their causes, data recovery procedures, and limitation of security incidents.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the management of the company hosting the servers in order to take appropriate measures to restore data security. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals whose data was compromised, we will notify the relevant Supervisory Authority of the incident.
